Dr. Coscia received his Doctorate of Osetopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO. He then completed his internship at the Allentown Osteopathic Medical Center in Allentown, PA and his radiology residency was completed at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in conjunction with Graduate Hospital and Germantown Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where he served as Chief Resident during his third year.

Dr. Coscia’s experience in radiology has included positions in Delaware and New York. He is Board Certified in Radiology and is licensed to practice in New York, Delaware and Florida. He is a Diplomat of the National Board of Osteopathic Medicine.

His awards include the Charles J. Karibo Resident Paper Award for a research paper titled Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Patients with Low Back Syndrome Attributed to a Recent Motor Vehicle Accident. As recipient of this national award, he presented as guest lecturer at the 1996 Annual Convention of the American Osteopathic College of Radiology. In 1996 and 1997, Dr. Coscia was awarded by the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association for clinical essays on magnetic resonance imaging and on a vestigial tail case report. At the 1995 Annual Convention of the American Osteopathic College of Radiology in Scottsdale, AZ, Dr. Coscia presented Keep Your Eyes Open, a scientific exhibit of orbital pathology imaging.

Dr. Coscia moved to Western New York in 1998 to discover it is a great place to raise his family, impressed by the educational and extra-curricular opportunities. He enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing with his father and cycling with his daughters.
